Please join us in celebrating the union of two of Dade City’s most recognizable, steadfast icons as Madonna Law Group moves into its new home on the 3rd Floor of the historic Centennial Building located at 37837 Meridian Avenue on January 1st, 2025.
Madonna Law Group, P.A. was originally incorporated in 1979. Since this time, this law firm has served as a pillar of the local legal community and set the standard of professional best when it comes to legal representation. While the firm has changed owners and attorneys over the years, one thing has remained the same – the firm’s long-standing dedication to zealously advocating in the legal arena for its clients.
When we learned of an opening on the prestigious third floor of the Centennial Building located in the heart of downtown Dade City at 37837 Meridian Avenue, the firm jumped on the opportunity for this historic new home.
The current Centennial Building was built, with brick, in 1923 by the Coleman and Ferguson Co., who stood as the county’s leading merchant at that time, according to Historic Places of Pasco County. This building originally housed a general store which had occupied the site since 1884. By the early 1920s, the original store was moved from the Meridian site to Live Oak Ave and the current brick building was then resurrected. The building was remodeled in 1987 which brought a breath of new life into this piece of Dade City History.
While Madonna Law Group is upgrading to historically rich new home front, every other aspect of the firm remains business as usual – working hard to give our clients the very best legal representation which they deserve. We are excited for this transition. We are excited to move to the central business district of the town we love. We are excited to start off our New Year with a new look.
And we are most excited for you to come visit our new home for yourselves. You can see the water fountain in the marbled lobby. You can take a ride on the golden elevator to the 3rd floor to our main suite. You can experience firsthand how the beauty of the Centennial Building stole our hearts.
